Nach seinem Studium der Psychologie und Anthroposophie studierte Louis Defèche Sprachgestaltung und Theater am Goetheanum in Dornach (Schweiz) und arbeitete als Regisseur, Lehrer für Sprachgestaltung, Theater und andere theoretische Fächer sowie als Übersetzer und Redaktor.
